There are no guarantees, promises, or assurances of success, either expressed or implied in any manner, particularly concerning the passage or defeat of any bill or proposal for consideration by the Kentucky General Assembly.

Your organization must abide by all requirements of KRS Chapters 6, 521, and 522, and any and all other relevant statutes relating to

employment of a Legislative Agent in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.  A $250.00 fee, payable to the Kentucky Legislative Ethics Commission,

is required of all organizations utilizing Legislative Agents.  Our Legislative Agents will not engage in any illegal, immoral, or unethical activity.
